Certain items offered through our showroom, catalog, or online inventory may be classified as special order or specialty merchandise. These items are often sourced specifically for a client upon request and may not be stocked in our local inventory.

Because these items are ordered or secured specifically for the client:

• All specialty or custom ordered items are considered final sale
• Special order merchandise is non-refundable and non-cancelable once the order has been placed
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on sourcing and availability

While refunds are not available for specialty items, our team is committed to making sure every client receives the product they selected and we will assist with reasonable exchange solutions if a verified problem occurs.
